Monomorphic VT
Also calledMMVT · monomorphic ventricular tachycardia · uniform VT
Definition
Ventricular tachycardia (three or more consecutive ventricular complexes at a rate above 100 bpm) in which the QRS complexes have a single, stable morphology from beat to beat within any given lead. The complexes are usually wide. Sustained VT that is not associated with an acute coronary syndrome is often monomorphic, because it is usually due to reentry around scar.
