Your records
Download a copy of your EKGLab records whenever you like.
The transcript lists your classes, every quiz result with your answers, and your plan history. The data file holds everything EKGLab keeps about your account, in a format other software can read.
Delete account
Permanently delete your EKGLab account. This cannot be undone.
- Your profile, progress, flashcards, favorites and saved clips are erased, and you leave every class you are in. A copy of your academic record (classes, quiz results, plan history) is kept for five years, then deleted. If you taught classes, your name and email stay on them.
- Your comments in record discussions and your game leaderboard entries are removed. Your username stays reserved, so no one else can use it.
- Any active subscription is cancelled right away. No refund is given for the time left on it.
- Your classes are closed, and any unused student seats are forfeited. Students you gave a seat keep Pro until that seat ends.
